Before You Register
- Review pricing and what’s included — and remember the $45-per-person early registration discount for troupes registered and paid by October 15th.
- Reserve your rooms — the Rosen Centre sub-block has a 3-night minimum and limited availability.
- Check rules & eligibility and start selecting your musical (licensing is the director’s responsibility).

Registration Policies

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made before the published Nationals cancellation deadline to receive a refund credit. No refund credits will be considered after that deadline. Credits may be applied to an FCT event for up to one calendar year. Changes to names or divisions may be subject to the published change fee.

Division Changes
Once a competition schedule is posted, FCT does not allow division changes.

Scoring Errors
If an incorrect winner is announced at an FCT competition because of a mathematical, entry, or system error, FCT will officially recognize and award the correct winning troupe all prizes to which it is entitled. FCT will not require an incorrectly announced troupe to return awards or recognition already distributed. This policy preserves fairness to the rightful winner while maintaining goodwill for every participant.

Weather
FCT will not issue credits or refunds because of inclement weather when the event takes place. Competition venues and event schedules generally cannot be moved to another weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
